Bug: "First time buyer" quest

<p>when I tried on Sunday to do the quest in halas I bought the house and entered and no update nor did I recieve the items to place. I also do not have set recall spell and yes I /bugged it deleted the quest like the GM told me to in the email but since I have already bought the house it did nto give me the option to buy it only enter it and no updtate yet.</p>

<p>Same thing happened to me on the level 7 monk I started.  Of course, since it DIDN'T update, it allowed me to get a 5 room house for FREE!  Thanks Obama for the great new First Time Buyer's program.  I NEVER woulda been able to afford that house on my own.  ( - :</p>

<p>Posting here as there is no other page for non New Halas bugged quests.</p><p>1) No ambassador in Freeport for Moving to Freeport quest.</p><p>2)The If I had a hammer quest is bugged. Quest got in Oakmyst Forest, step 2 requires that you pick up coal from sack. However sack is not a usuable item.</p>

<p>Are the quest lines in The Spawl and The Sunken City in Freeport broken? The only conversation option available to my level 10 shadowknight is "My Business is none of your business"</p>
