Ambassadors for (?City) to Halas Resident

<p>Do you guys have /locations for these so called ambassadors? There should be one in Qeynos,and in the other "good" areas. What about residents of Maj'Dul? Is there going to be a betrayl quest inserted for other faction cities to betray to Halas?</p>

<p>The one in Qeynos is in the harbor, if you ask a guard for ambassador he will direct you to where he is. Its the building where you can register guilds. Dunno about the other ones. I need to see if Kelethin has one.</p>

<p>The Kelethin ambassador is Gibrien, in a house near the Grassy Knoll.  The Qeynos ambassador is in the registrar's office in Qeynos Harbor near the zone to South Qeynos.  The Halas ambassador is in the long house north of the Cairn of the Huntress, near the guild registrar.</p><p>There is no ambassador in Maj'dul since you can't be a citizen of Maj'dul, so that would not make sense.  If you wish to gain faction with one of the Maj'dul courts or purchase a house there, the process is the same as always and does not (and never has) required you to relinquish your current citizenship.</p>

I need to see if Kelethin has one.</p></blockquote><p>qeynos is in qh, in the building right next to the gate to South qeynos. i spent an hour looking for him yesterday, and broadcast it over level 1-9 chat once i finally found him. why doesn't eq2i list them as ambassators? that's the main reason i couldn't find them.</p>

<p>I'm seeing some very buggy behavior with the Qeynos Ambassador. The Halas one tells me to talk to the Qeynos one first (I'm a Qeynos citizen), but the Qeynos one just keeps trying to make me a citizen of Qeynos (starting with the on-hail line of "Have you spoken to the citizens of Qeynos and gotten their take on this fine city?")</p><p>I've checked both a new copy (copied in the last week) and an old (pre-SF) copy, both have the same behavior. My character that was copied is very old (created around launch), so I'm guessing some aspect of that may be impacting it. He changed citizenship to Kelethin back in the day, but converted back to Qeynos quite a long time ago. I really hope this gets fixed before GU56 goes live, as I'm strongly considering moving to New Halas, hehe.</p>

<p>+1</p><p>Just to test the Halas housing (which is a bust, as far as 'breaking out goes'<img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I had to make a brand new character in Halas, have him buy the place, and then place my main onto the Trustee section just to mess around with housing.</p>

<p>Having same problem. Was originally Qeynos, moved to Kelethin and back to Qeynos. Did a /bug on it.</p>

<p>I have a Neriak citizen trying to move to Freeport, papers supposed to go to Ambassador Cordelia Galeston in East Freeport. Slight problem, as she doesn't seem to have arrived in Freeport yet.</p>

<p>fyi, here's what i did well before i was copied over on test copy:</p><p>neriak->freeport->kelethin->qeynos->neriak->qeynos->kelethin->qeynos</p><p>i can't make up my mind, i know, but my papers for transfering to New Halas were in fact, in qeynos. so it seemed to work fine for me <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/136dd33cba83140c7ce38db096d05aed.gif" border="0" /></p>
