Fabled Merchant Item Different From Live Drop?

<p>Are the items being sold supposed to be identical to the dropped ones aside from being Heirloom?  I have noticed at least one that is weakened compared to the live version and am wondering if it is an error.  If they are supposed to be the same then the item (or possibly items) with changes need to be corrected before this goes live.  If the nerf is intentional then selling an item with the same name may cause confusion.  Worst case scenario is if the item is being nerfed for both the drop and the sold in which case that hurts after spending weeks trying to get them to drop to then see the effects randomly lowered.  Some sort of response would be greatly appreciated to clear this up in advance of the patch to help prepare Marks and zone choices.</p><p>The one example I currently have is the Crystal Studded Band of Gall which when dropped has Undeniable Malice III, but the sold version only has Undeniable Malice II</p>

<p>from what i read they are identical items loot and drops.</p><p>In general i dont really like the idea. It will result in ppl farming the easy instances only as with the current drop rates you will get your item WAY faster with speeding through the easy ones and the harder ones will be deserted. It was already bad in TSO to find (acceptable) groups for i.e. guk instances. most people did them for signature and aa only.</p><p>what will be next to buy? AA for shards? lvl for shards? and in the end shards for SC?</p>

Are they the best, rare Fabled items, or are they the most common Fabled items. If it's the latter, then it's the same as TSO and didn't lead to much more farming.

<p>Most fabled drop from SF instance are craps anyway. Since they was tradable, and due to that, stats was not as good as legendary heirloor, poor choice, not a big deal to be able to buy them with token.</p><p>Like fabled from TSO, no one will buy them, at very very few exception.</p><p>And certainly like TSO, they ll not sell the fabled that people can want. So dont expect to get fabled from cella, palace or rescue.</p>

<p>I cant get on test atm to check so il ask.</p><p>There is not a merchant that sells this stuff or a new set of gear for Seals is there?  I cant get on much exept for raid times so i cant get into groups that often to be able to farm Marks but i have plunty of seals with nothing to spent them on.  Maybe a merchant that converts seals to marks?  say 1 seal gets you 5 marks or somthing?</p>

Haven't seen a summoner belt from raid mob superior to the Belt of the Crimson Demon. This stuff is not crap and honestly I'm a little shocked the merchant on it is going in so early. Had I known I wouldn't have spent so much time farming for the [Removed for Content] thing!
