<p>So for the second time in two weeks I've taken a group through Shard of Love and no chest has dropped from Mithaniel Marr. Put in a petition, wait all day for someone to contact me, get nothing. Finally see that a GM has logged on after a last ditch /who gm all, ask them about the issue. "We can't do anything". Really? I'm pretty sure you can.</p><p>I've been running that zone for weeks every day and it's certainly not for my health. All I'm asking for is a fair chance at a box, reset the mob or just spawn a random one inside the zone. Last time this happened I didn't even get a response from Sony. I'm not asking for a freebe, anyone who goes through that zone fully gets a chest at the end, if there's a bug it's the developers job to fix it and set things right, not give a four word reply and just disconnect.</p><p>EDIT:</p><p>Petition number is 100427-000881</p>
