qeynos to new halas, no faction listed

<p>when i changed form qeynos to new halas, it said that my faction for New Halas got better, but i tried to find new halas under factions in my profile. it's simply not there, anywhere.</p><p>is The City of New Halas faction not in-game yet, or a bug i encountered?</p>
