Looking for a good eq2 monk website

<p>Monks,</p><p>Besides these forums is there any reputable sites that you guys use for monk specific information.  Everything I find seems to be very vague in detail.</p><p>I am trying to get a grip on things like class gear, special class quests, and epics.  Having quit warcraft to come here I am excited to get back in the swing of things.  I used to play a monk in EQ 1 and loved it, I quit shortly after clearing Planes of Power.</p><p>Any links, tips etc. are much appreciated.</p><p>Zhang,</p><p>34 Monk on Najena</p>

<p>For quests do eq2i for advice this is the best place.  The reason things are so general is that this game isn't overly complicated and playing any melee class pretty much is the same, gear in leather gear with str, learn to time your auto attacks viola thats 99% of what you need to know to be good at your class.</p>

<p>Makes sense not being overly complicated.  Guess I need to get out of the LOL-MODE of warcraft.  I missed playing the old EQ 1 so much, I had so much fun and everything seemed like a real challenge to me, warcraft not so much I think friends are the only thing that really kept me there.</p><p>Anyways thanks for the tips, if anyone else has more please feel free to list them for me.</p><p>I remember monkly business back in the day for EQ 1 lol, was a simple and nice site for monks!</p><p>I really would like to see epic weapon walkthroughs as well if anyone knows where to find them.  I am trying to level up and get my epic to feel at home again lol</p>
