EQ2 Client Application Has Stopped Working [Archive]

Description of the Problem: This problem occurs when a character is loading into the game, typically between the Loading Zone Resources and Loading Entity Resources phases, though sometimes it does get right up to the point where it should load into the world itself.The game freezes, and Vista givse the following error:EQ2 Client Application has stopped working.A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify oyou if a solutions is available.It does not give any solution to the problem, and I have gone through and tried literally every fix that is listed in the <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=427962" target="_blank">Windows Vista Issues and Fixes</a> thread. All custom UIs have also been removed, all Windows Updates (even unrelated ones) have been applied, and the most recent drivers and Direct X have been installed and yes, I have tried the ones via Windows Update and the ones directly from the manufacturer. I have also reinstalled the game.
