<p> I'm pretty sure I saw a red name say these were coming with New Halas. During a quest, one of the NPCs even mentions liking "tartan kilts".</p><p>But not a soul wearing one in any place I've looked on Erollis. Are they delayed? Not being implemented? I for one would be sorely disappointed if they aren't forthcoming.</p>
