I recently purchased the eq2 bundle on steam, logged into my old account, and renewed my eq2 subscription. I am an old player who left the game a few years back and cancelled my subscription, but did not delete my characters. They are still present in the eq2 players database, and i was under the impression i would be able to use them again if i resubscribed. They are not available when i log into the game however.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated

- Alex

On the original patcher it is a drop down box on the EULA screen. On the station launcher after you sign in set the language correctly in the Preferences screen

Ugh, alright so i was way off on this one. I actually reactivated my ancient eq1 account, not the one i used for eq2.

Is there any way i can transfer my subscription i just got for eq2 between two SOE accounts? Or get a refund and just buy it again for my new account? Im not interested in losing my guild afiliation and contributed SP via a character transfer between the accounts.
