Still no bg/pvp buyable fighter 2h or scout roundshield

<p>Could we finally get a fighter 2h weapon and a scout round shield added to the bg/pvp token vendors.</p><p>Far as pvp ones goes they were buyable with the RoK era pvp items that had shields and weapons on the pvp vendor. and using either at 90 still is kind of outdatting.</p>

<p>Also could you stop making all the mage one handers have [Removed for Content] damage spreads. Its rediculous that enchanters need to roll on scout daggers to get a decent one hander to replace their enervated mythical.</p>
