I'm having a very difficult time with "Foiling the Flank." I jsut can't seem to find any of the "sprinting Ry'Gorr gatecallers"

hard to see them but they are invisible and run up the hill to the gate caller area. They also die by dwarven archers. Alot contiously spawn your best bet is to grab them by the water where they spawn.

After completing the quest 'A Murky Miasma of a Mystery', given by Dulur Axebeard, you're given a few dialogue options to choose from. "Is this something I can help with" ends the dialogue instead of continuing it.When getting the quest 'Off to the Ossuaru' from the name NPC, he is missing directions from his dialogue, still has placeholder text. For the quest 'Calling Them Back', where you place wards on the battlefield, there are no actual glowing spots in the snow. Because of the pop-up, this may be intentional (although imo, blue shinies would have been better). However, even after I've done the quest those pop-ups keep appearing whenever I go through the area.

Some of the The last Herga Quest has a few issues, when you click on her helm the Frenzied Ry'Gor spawns out of aggro range and around the corner so your left going "Huh?"

She tells you to keep her helment once you finish the questline with her but nothing appears in your invetory nor in your overflow. A House Item would be nice (Just hope you get the housing in soon)

I can't remember the guy's name in the cave but the Quest that calls for you to set out the spirit caller wards, I can not see any of the writing on the snow nor any other marker so I have not fould that last site for the Final ward. Neither can I see the ones I have placed, all I have are the announcement on the screen that I'm in the right area.

For the quest "Pouring One Out for my Skellies" there are no bone piles to be found. I saw them earlier, when I was going the other quests in the area - but after completing those quests they seem to all be gone.

A couple of the named mobs do not give AA even though they are over level 10, the Volilitile Snow Flurry and the Risen Ry'Gorr Conquerer. I am not sure if the last is a quest mob or not as i am stuck at a few points.

Foiling the Flank: Found where the Sprinting Gatecallers appear but they disappear so quickly it is impossible for me to select and attack. I heard if you have see invisible you can get this done but that will limit and frustrate those that do not have.

Seems to add insult to injury after finally finishing the "Calling them Back" quest where you have to plant the wards the next quest in the series only offers a scout reward at the moment. I am stuck on this one as all the bone piles seemed to have been replaced with dead coldain instead.

One thing that finally hit me was the lack of weapon options in the quests, at least on a Templar. I was level 12 and fighting level 14s with the same level 1 weapon from the initial area. I finally broke down and went to New Halas to buy one as none of the other camps had anything beyond Tier 1 tin and elm weapons. I have yet to be offered a shield or symbol option in any quest either. This is bothersome because by the quests lines you have not been directed there as yet or at least none that i have found.

Another minor issue would be the lack of bags in the quests. Usually in most of the other beginning areas you have a least one or two other bags offered up so you do not have to buy one off the merchant. The drop rate is low enough and the coin for the quests is lacking in that i have finished up most of the quests in this area and sold all the loot i can and have yet to break a gold piece.

The last two issues could put off the very new players you are trying to intice with this area.

Then, I was given two 2H weapons in a row from quest rewards there. I'd rather see one turned into a choice between a 1H and 2H weapon, and the other offer a sheild, symbol, or something. (Actually, because of a bug I was unable to complete the final few quests, so perhaps one is already along those lines...)It would also be nice to see a mid-level weapon added in, say at the start of the Great Shelf series.

I have attempted Foiling the Flank on a paladin and a mystic (both brand new) and have given up on both. Something is just not right with this quest, the archers kill them as soon as I see them. I also had to go to the broker in New Halas to buy a weapon for my mystic. And PLEASE give us a bag quest or two!

Hey y'all.

A quick update on the changes being made to The "Great Shelf" area based off your feedback and bug finds.

"Is this something I can help with?" now correctly advances the dialogue instead of dropping out early.

The view predicate on the bone piles has been fixed, so that they display if you haven't completed both of the quests (The Gauntlet & Pouring One Out...) that involve attempting to destroy them.

The frenzied Ry'Gorr spawn will now lock onto and attack the player that clicked on the helm.

The Off to the Ossuary quest no longer has placeholder text in the quest dialogue.

Fixed the problem where the pop-up message for Calling Them Back (You see glowing blue runes...) continues to appear after you've already placed the totem in that location.

I believe the invisible Ry'Gorr sprinters are losing their invisibility. We want to allow them to be targeted before the sharpshooter archers pick them off.

You now receive a title for completing all of Herga's quests. (Thanks, Kaitheel!)

Calling Them Back now displays swirly rune effects in areas where you can place the spirit wards.

I'm still tinkering with the totem-placing quest Calling Them Back.

Thanks for the feedback.

Did not see this one here -- so I figured it's worth a post:

Gated at The Great Shelf quest "The Gauntlet". The Ry'Gorr Skeleton Bones do not appear on the ground to be smashed (Checked smashing the upright Skeletons to see if they turned into bones -- no luck). The first box of the quest in the quest journal also shows a line starting with [DEVL] and a message about no text input.

The bones were visible before I got the quest requiring me to smash them, but with the quest in my journal, they're nowhere to be found.

Roughing up the Reinforcements..the part for the weapons racks..apparently they spawn on server restart..and if someone "destroys" them..they don't respawn until ANOTHER server restart....

Also the pig for the Ham and Beans *i believe that's the right quest name* in Halas doesn't seem to spawn in the pen by the armorers hut. Anyone else have this issue as well? Or am I just "speshul" ? lol

Any word on fixes for these? When I asked ingame I was told that quests have to wait until everyone's happy with the housing. I certainly hope that's not the official approach.

Are these changes limited to those you listed in your previous post, or do they include Roughing up the Reinforcements as mentioned by Khiara above? Those weapons are a real pain!

Quest All that remains is Buged I get hte text saying I've been ambushed by a burly Ry'Gorr orc and no orc attacks and while I"m reporting the bug I get attacked by a Ry'Gorr raider. but the quest is now saying I need to kill the freinzed orc that is guarding Helga's helm. How many raiders do I need to kill to get hte right mob to pop I wonder. yes I /buged it.
