Download Issue?

<p>I have not been on in about a week and today I decided to log on and play however it seems my launcher (which I cant stand this new one) is trying to download the whole game again???? I have been sitting here trying to figure out how to get this to stop since I already have the game installed and have had it for 5 years....... your update from the 20th shouldnt be taking me 4 hours to download right?</p>
