Since the release of SF the amount of bugs and glitches, stuck chars and broken stats has gotten rediculous. Sont PLEASE fix your game! This isnt a developer or a designer issue anymore, its a problem that should be recognized and corrected by the highest level of SoE reprensentatives.

I enjoy playing this game as much as the most avid player and am worried about the future of it because of the dozens of players I hear and see every day leaving and closing accounts. Spit and bailing wire isnt going to do the job anymore there needs to be some serious repairs done to make it a stable enviornment once again.

That's why I suggested being able to pay a buck to get a response to /bug reports. I may be naive, but I honestly believe they are fully unaware of half of the bugs in the game and half the other bugs are things that are working as intended. The /bug process as it stands today is as useful as, well, spit and bailing wire.

Of course the biggest problems - e.g. the crazy sporadic zoning issues ... the problem that is probably most to blame for driving people off - they are FULLY aware of.

I'm sure if they linked customer support with Station Cash things would get taken care of and issues addressed.

I always find it odd when bugs are ignored while developers work on other issues. The #1 thing for any game should be stability and bug bashing. Doesn't make sense when stuff remain broken sometimes for ages. What makes even less sense is when you don't even hear one official word about it. Gee I wish I was a game developer!

I really don't think they are (typically) ignored. Yes, as I already stated I may be naive, but I think it's more often the case that they don't hear these things. It would not surprise me one bit if no developers were aware that, for example, when Shaman died their pets lost their STR line, non-castable AA buffs and the pet has to be put down (canceled) and recast in order to get them back. If I were in charge of reading 10,000 bug reports a day, and 9,972 of them were garbage, I'd probably /ragequit. Someone has probably read bug reports on that issue and said "Well, pet buffs are supposed to go away when you die. NEXT!" not understanding the issue correctly.

There is no effective way of communicating game issues to developers unless you happen to know one well enough that they will read your PMs. Otherwise it's /bug it and hope you get lucky, PM someone and hope you get lucky, or start a thread on it and hope you get lucky. My assumption is that the people that know the developers well enough don't play the parts of the game that are broken, don't notice the issues, or don't care enough to report them.
