JoJo timeline in SF

<p>Hi I was just wondering if somebody could tell me what exactly makes the tiger Coltang appear? (sorry if I got the name spelled a little wrong I am away from the game atm) Another toon I talked to in game said you had to clear all the tigers in the area on Kerra isle and he should spawn I guess. Well I tried but had no luck. Am I doing something wrong?</p>

<p>You have to clear all teh tigers....but you have to clear them all in a short time...can't have any respawns up.</p>
