Not able to use SO

<p>I purchased and installed SoF. The game runs perfect. I have been playing now for 3 weeks and have several characters. I can not access the SO AA page. There is a black bar across the window saying I do not have the expansion. Isn't SO incorporated in SoF? Any help is appreciated because I just bought SO and would like to return the expansion if it is allready included in the game previously bought. Thanks.</p>

Thanks.</p></blockquote><p>The latest expansion has all the previous ones included, can you access the new zones? If you bought retail did you enter the activation key? Look at the My Account link in the upper right corner to see what is registered to your account</p>
