<p>I was wondering where you pick these up for BG's? I am a 87 bruiser..do I need to be 90? As I seriously cannot find a person giving them.</p><p>Forgot to add..I'm on QEYNOS side.</p>

<p>Do you mean the BG quests? They're all around the battlegrounds merchant and chronomage in Qeynos Harbor, near the docks. Two quest givers are right next to the docks. Just run near the BG merchants and find the feathers around you <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
