Installer not working.

<p>I'm trying to return to the game after a few years of not playing. I went to the website and selected Reinstall EQII, downloaded the launcher_setup exe and ran it. Now it comes up with window for EverQuest II around the border, black in the middle with SOE Sony Online Entertainment in the middle. it just sits there from then on, there's no close window x in the corner or anything, you have to force it closed in taskmanager.</p><p>Can't click on any part of the window at all and the process itself isnt using any of my cpu so it's not doing anything at all.</p><p>Someone please help, thanks.</p>
