digital download woes

<p>Ok, I have digitally downloaded expansions before,, but was always on a pay monthly schedule with soe,, but somehow they installed a new credit card program a while back so I can't use mine due to something different has changed,, altho I was never told what changed. It was not anything that changed with my credit card, I checked on that,,soo I am relegated to purchasing keys monthly off another site.</p><p>Anywho, in the process of trying to buy the Sf expansion, it asks me for an activation key for my eq2 acct, when I specify I am using a bought monthly key ie: prepaid card, it asks for the activation code.  How am I to download it?? I do not keep each key as given to me for that month when I buy it and I do not think it will accept a key that has already been used, so what do I do to get this digital download?</p>

I do not keep each key as given to me for that month when I buy it and I do not think it will accept a key that has already been used, so what do I do to get this digital download?</p></blockquote><p>The creditr card issue is more then likely the simple fact your bank has not yet implemented the $0.00 confirmation charge abolity - a requirement of the 2009 credit card act.  SOE changed it to comply to the new federal regulations, you bank needs to update their cc software.</p><p>There are two distinct akeys in use here - the monthly subscription key and the SF activation key - which are you talking about? The SF expansion is 39.99 - it has nothing to do with your pre-paid time cards. You buy the expansions once, subscription cards monthly</p><p>If you purchased the digital download through SOE's station store or in game with station cash, the account code will automaticly be applied to the account you purchased it on. If you purchased the digital download from a place like steam or direct2drive they should have emailed you a activation code to be entered into your account.</p>

<p>To clarify:</p><p>1. I click on the eq2 SF expansion (buy) on sony.station store</p><p>2. then directed to log in, which I did on the account I want to add the SF expansion too</p><p>3. I am then directed to a list of expansions(I have them all except for SF)</p><p>4. I click on the SF expansion for $39.99</p><p>5. hit continue and am brought to the screen where you select either:</p><p>      a. monthly subscription from credit card (which I can't use)</p><p>      b. prepaid card</p><p>6. this is where I get stuck, in order to continue I have to choose one of those options</p><p>7. I choose prepaid card, it is what I use. At that point I hit continue and it asks for activation code</p><p>8. Now I can choose monthly prescritption, however, it will try to take it out of my credit card which it can't access.</p><p>9. Now what?</p><p>BTW, I just tried to do this by opening a station access account for 29.99 monthly,, it would not go through on either card I used and they are both good, I just bought items at the store on both.</p><p>So... thenn I tried to just buy the SF expansion on my other credit card and again the complete transaction button would not allow me to click it.  </p><p>Sighs,,, do you really want people to play this game because this is really frustrating me( nice way of saying I am [Removed for Content] right now)?</p>
