<p>Yesterday morning my account was accessed and all my toons stripped. When I found out I immedietly changed my password, ran a virus checker and petitioned. No answer came to my petition so I did a live chat when they came online. I redid all my security stuff with the live chat lady but still since then my account has been suspended while I do another security check (why?) and there is no answer to my emails. Will this be on hold now over the weekend? It's really frustrating and upsetting and now I can't even access the account myself.</p>

<p>Suspect monday will be the earliests to resolve the issue on the locked account - there is no out of game support for billing and account issues on the weekend</p>

<p>It takes time for the GM's to investigate the issue. It stinks, but in most cases, people usually get their gear and items back.</p>

<p>Thanks for the response but I was wondering if anyone would still be working on my problem over the weekend or will it be on hold? I haven't had much communication about it and what I have had has been sketchy and confusing. For example, why do I need to change my security info twice?</p>

So, we secured the account on one ticket and sent it to the GMs and then when someone else got the 2nd and 3rd tickets they started the process over. I have just updated the ticket that was furthest along in the process and unsuspended your account. I will also be closing your duplicate tickets to avoid any further confusion. Let me know if you have any questions.</p>
