View Full Version : Character in world for 2+ hours : help please

<p><span ><span style="color: #ffffff;"> </span><p>As title states....two hours ago Shimmering Citadel crashed and my character is "stuck" there somehow. Everytime I try to log him or any other character in I get the message "You currently have a character in the world. Please try again in a few minutes".</p><p>Is there a fix to this? Can someone magically boot his big ogre butt outta there?</p><p>Thanks</p></span></p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>The first thing to do would be to reset both your computer and your modem. It's possible that your computer is maintaining a connection to our server and the should break it off. If the problem persists at that point then please send a petition to the GMs so that they can boot your character out of world or move him to a different zone. Let us know if the problem persists at that point.</p>

Here's hoping its within the next 3-4 hours...</p>

That queue always has first priority and they're usually very quick with those. If you'd like you can PM me with the reference number for the ticket you submitted and I'll make sure it's going to the correct people.</p>

Just make sure to select 'stuck character' when submitting the ticket and they should be able to help you in a relatively short amount of time.</p>
