One thing to remember for every forum post. It doesn't matter what you say or what parses you post. People will see whatever justifies their position. Class A kills class B. Class B reads the post and says all of class A is OP. Not just that player. The entire class is OP. Class A reads the post and says that class B Player had [Removed for Content] gear and needs to L2P. Wouldn't want to suggest that any class is [Removed for Content]. That player sucks. Or... Class A attempts to kill class B and gets spanked. Class B reads it and says that class A player had bad gear and needs to L2P. Class A reads... Nevermind. You get the point. Like this morning I did a smugglers run before work. Top parse was a warlock at 1m damage. Just under him was 3 SK's. All with damage at nearly 700k. Clostest scout of any kind was 450k. Post resist fix I see these results and say... The warlock was clearly raid geared and was dang good at picking targets. Rarely died either due to skill or due to a good healer. Possibly both. Well played. The SK's well geared, well played, and OP. BUT. A lot of that damage was silly players getting in too close to the SK and eating his AE's. This ofcourse heals him via reaver so he can continue his viscious cycle. If you don't have to get in melee range of an sk don't. The scout I mention because I am getting tired of hearing how they are now OP. Seriously? The biggest secret to doing damage is staying alive. Scouts have always played BG by staying out of of as much fire as possible and choosing soft targets. Especially other scouts. Mages would do well to learn this now that the EZ button is gone. That's what I saw anyways. I know different eyes see different things. I'm curious what your eyes see in what those results I mentioned show?
