I did.

Did it do any good? Nope

Did they implement major mechanics changes without considering the things it would break in the process?
I didn't test, but then again, I'm not really complaining about the change.

The reason I didn't test is because I don't understand the mentality. As you (mockingly?) said in the OP, I'm not paying to spend my time testing.

I mean, seriously, put two SOE employees on a test server with the ability to roll and powerbuff any toon they wanted, and then start blasting the snot out of each other. Who among us couldn't come up with VOLUMES of data per day if we had the tools to do that? And you're being paid to boot!

The best tools to solve this issue quickly, efficiently, and correctly were within SOE itself.

As far as I'm concerned, mages can complain all they want, whether they tested or not.

Maybe nobody tested because who would expect to go from one extreme to the other? Not to mention what do you think the ratio would have been with crusaders vs wizards? Every idiot that can slam their head on the keyboard can play a crusader which is proven by the amount of them out there. Granted there are some really good crusaders that know the game and their class but for every 1 there are 25 that can take on groups because of the class not skill.
