Cant Petition, Reuse issue and Expert spells

<p>Ive tied to petition in game and online since last night and nothing is going through.</p><p>There is a gross error in my reuse persona display and/or my reuse is stuck at 3%. Im really not sure which. And im not entirely sure that all my other modifications from gear, adorements and what not are accurate as well. The only one im sure of is reuse....</p><p>When upgrading my 81-90 spells to expert all my additional benefits are lost from my Shadow Page. Ive tried respecing and a number of reboots... nothing. <p>My Reuse is also stuck at 5% ,I applied two adornments one adding 0.9 reuse and the other adding 0.8 reuse but my reuse is still on 5% <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" />. <p>Spell reuse.... according to my calculations I should have 13.2 percent with the gear I am wearing presently. Im stuck on 3%. The ONLY thing that changes is when I unequip my T9 bracers (that have a 3% reuse adorement) it changes my reuse to 0%.</p><p>I think im bugged :/</p><p>With this little glitch and my experts not recieving benefits from any of my gear or AA lines.... im a very frustrated fae <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>Yes Sir ... I got an answer from a game master someone (sorry cant remember the name) and he reported that equiping an item I had should have increased my spell reuse modifier... it does not on Ellease nor do any other items with "Spell reuse speed"  I responded in kind and havent heard anything back yet</p><p>And still no responce to my expert spell issue....</p><p>[[sigh]]</p>

<p>Thank You so much... and I hope so because losing 10, 15, 20 and 25% to heals, buffs and wards is literally gonna kill me LOL</p>
