Mutiliation Gear

<p>Just curious on what peoples take is on this gear on melee or tank types.</p><p>I've pretty much got every other piece of gear remotely useful, and debating on whether the 10% proc on mutilation is desireable.</p>

<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">I am planning on getting it, solely because I tend to try and target healers first. Less healing less survivability. What I am wondering is will it affect everyone? Say if it procs on a Brigand, will any heals they receive be reduced by 10%??? Or does it just effect the heal directly from the source?</span></p>
