When you click the accept button when the timer is at 1 or 2 (happens sometimes to me, when I'm crafting and want to finish the item or after waiting half an hour for a klak match and doing something else and I don't notice the window early enough) I get the message, that I've left the queue and then I'm send to the Battleground hub and directly back to the server and get the truancy buff.

It seems that removing players from the queue and sending them to the hub isn't done in proper order. And it really sucks, that in a situation like this or when you go ld while zoning to the hub or crash while zoning the hub, that you get the truancy buff without even having set a foot on the battleground server.

I was trying out Battlegrounds for only the second time last night. I was playing in a Gears match, and my team was up by a couple of hundred points with about 3 minutes left. We had the relic, had a nice defensive perimeter setup around the relic holder, and had just wiped out most of the opposing team. Seemed like we were headed for a sure victory. I was just standing there pumping the occasional heal into the relic holder when my client crashed. Well, I thought, maybe if I restart the client quickly it will put me back in the match. Nope. I saw the Battlegrounds Hub loading screen which gave me some hope, but then I was zoning back into Qeynos Harbor. The client crashing was really annoying (might have been my fault ... I had a few other things running in the background, may have run out of memory or something). Not being able to rejoin was more annoying. Getting nothing for a match that looked like a sure win was even more annoying. And the Truancy debuff on top of that was just like an annoying little cherry on top of the whole annoyance sundae. I almost broke my mouse and gave up on the whole Battlegrounds idea right there. I guess the match could have ended already before I got my client running again ... if your client dies, will it ever add you back into the game if you restart quickly? If not, any chance you can make it so that you can get back into the match if you've crashed? I understand this might be wishful thinking on my part ... from the server's perspective it might be difficult, if not impossible, to tell if it was a true client crash or if the user killed it in some way. Guess I'm more venting than anything else. I feel a little better now. Anyway, I did enjoy my Battlegrounds experience last night more than the first time I tried it, despite the whole crash thing. Not sure if you guys have just improved things, or if I just had a better idea what I was supposed to be doing this time. I might give it another try or two. Thanks.

I'll add, as I mentioned elsewhere, related to CTDs in BGs...

Often, if I'm quick on the draw, when I get a CTD, I can get back in fast enough to not get booted and a truancy. I'm back in my group/raid like I never left...only everyone's names are white. My side, the enemy's side, all the dots on the map, all white. It's not quite a big deal in Gears, with only 5 other people on my team. But in Smuggler's Den, when you sometimes end up with a couple groups of people fighting a couple groups of people in one area, this can be a huge problem.

About a 60% chance to get kicked if you accept with 10 to 6 seconds left. Those are the numbers I got when randomly testing this a few weeks ago. I tested at various times of the day and in various maps and matches.

It's still happening, if I click accept within last couple secs of BG query it'll load me up and send me back to where I was with truancy penality, to me it's silly to have those last couple secs of timer if all it did was penalize player for not accepting the BG invite early, especially for new player that doesn't know better, all it did was creates unwanted confusion.

Yeah, fix would be so simple: reduce timer from 60 to 50, all problems solved. And just run into the bug, that if you pull somebody from group 1 to group 2 in Ganak, number 12 is not in the free 6th slot, but in the 13th raid slot. This bug is as old BGs and still not fixed.
