This week we sat down with Amanda McNair, who worked on the Shard of Love and the Battlefield of Ganak. She does amazing work. Thanks, Amanda!

Shard of Love turned out beautifully Nice to see some women among the SOE artists, too!

If not .. please! More on the Female Artists. And, for crying out loud .. bring them to the Fan Faire!

My 1st Fan Faire last year .. looking over practically any panel for EQ2 and you see nothing but guys and Domino. Lucky Domino and sure some of the guys were very nice to look at *wink* but still we need some more "Girl Power" Representation! And, not just in the form of those half naked 'booth babes'!

---

I'm guessing this is Battlefield of Ganak? I've never (nor ever will) stepped into the BGs. Looks like a zone I'd like to wander around in .. if someone wasn't trying to kill me, that is.

I like wandering around SoL after I've completed it. It's a pretty zone, though I wish there had been more to it. I mean not just the fact that it's a quick zone to slaughter but you'd think that the Erollisi's home would have had a few more cuddle spots and a few bedrooms ... make love not war and all

Amanda is awesome, and we do have many very talented female devs. Hopefully we will have more at fan faire this year.

Her art looks really good. The big question is, does she look as good as her artwork and is she single and is how young is she. I am not into any cradle robbing, lol.

All joking aside, thanks to you and the other artists who give us such nice scenery to play in.

I did a highlight on Stephanie Young not too long ago She was actually the first in the series.

There are several other amazingly talented women on our team and I'll try and get a few more featured

I honestly can't say enough about how incredible our art team is.

I'd really like to encourage the team to do more 'pretty' content. Not just because I'm a chick either! I can't even list how many guys I've talked to who said Conservatory was their favorite looking zone in the expansion and who really liked Shard of Love as well. I can appreciate tough, violent, and scary looking places, but I definitely think there's more room for lovely and pretty zones too! Anyway, great job
