Missing chestpiece?

<p>Sorry if this was covered already, but...anyone know what the heck happened to the Chestplate of the Elemental Warrior? I think I've got all the collections quests covered--I've got the other pieces--but not chestplate. Breastplate. Whatever.</p><p>Was sorta looking forward to passing this off to my 'zerker alt...</p>

<p>I remember hearing that it came from one of the shiny collections that come from the Heroic instances of SF.  Though I honestly can't remember which one.</p>
