Help System Currently Down

<p>Greetings,</p><p>I'm sorry to say that our help system is currently down for maintenance.  That system includes our chat and e-mail support functions as well as the knowledgebase.  Currently we are working to get those systems operational again and the current estimate is that they will be available again in about 2-3 hours.  I will post an update when I receive any new information.  Thank you for your patience with this issue.</p>

<p>Is this also affecting the bug report system?  I have stumbled onto a fairly serious bug that I reported there, but not sure if it's up or not.</p>
