Petition System and Knowledgebase Down

<p>When I try /petition in-game I get:</p><p><span ><p><img src="http://images.yuku.com/image/jpeg/bd536eca4d50089b8aa25c8a2b7bfdf0582c7b72.jpg" width="714" height="274" /></p><p>Worse yet, when I try to get to <a href="http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=10404" target="_blank">the bookmarked page with the Customer Service phone number</a>, I GET THE SAME BLUE SCREEN OF FAIL!</p></span></p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Yes, I'm sorry to say that all of our help systems are down at the moment.  I can't even open our ticket system to reply to e-mails right now.  The error message just updated, though, so we're hoping that it will be up shortly.</p>

<p>*Update*</p><p>According to the information I've received it will be another 2-3 hours before that system is up again.  I'll post another update once I receive more information or it comes back up.</p>
