So I was respeccing, and I noticed that when I put points into Passive Protection, which should boost BASE ward amount of Torpor by 5% per AA point, it had no effect. The last 3 points I put in did not increase the ward size of torpor at all.

Apparently I've hit the cap for torpor, but when the wording says "improves the base ward and heal amount" should that not move the cap, so that all points put into it should show an effect?

Can it be classified as a bug?

100% base (potency) is the cap I THINK.

My raw potency is only 62. So the +25% base from the AA wouldn't take me anywhere near the cap.

This is the exact same thing that happens with runic armror, the potency added from your myth ends up capping the potency on torpor

So we have 2 COMPLETELY useless AA's if we have our myth? So 2 of our brand new AA's give absolutely no benefit whatsoever?

You still get 0.5 second improvement on the cast speed

/ducks
