Update endlessly loops, fails to launch EQ2

<p>Tryingto log in for the first time since the update. When the launcher is ipened, it acts as if it is updating and then bringings up the giant green play button. I click the button, and it returnes to updating, gets to 99%, says that it is "launhing" and the starts back over at 50% or so. It continues this until i close the launcher. Noerror message is given. I'm running Windows 7, and have tried to run the launcher in both with and without admin rights.</p>

<p>i am having the same problem with the new station launcher. After the laucher was up and downloading a screen called EverquestII Pak Convert popped up and on that it worked untill the file PAKS/FxPart Text3.vpk came up and the blue screen of doom popped up and shut down my computer. after that my launcher started the same loop. i even uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice now. </p>

In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.5.
