<p>Well honestly it was a bug fix.Too bad the devs never even listened to Rogues in Beta however when we were telling them how utterly and completely useless Evading Awareness was as intended.Increasnig proc rate of Deagro poisons? [Removed for Content]When a deagro poison proc doesn't even come close to negating the hate gained by a single Autoattack.Morons.Having an AA that actually increased proc rates was something that would make it actually USED by Rogues.Now, with Evading Awareness back in its intended but crap-tastic form it shall join the pile of other AAs that no Rogue will touch again... like the entire Wis line.WTB devs with a clue!</p>
