My brother and I recently started playing again and we just 62 on our Wizard/Templar duo. The game world feels so huge and we can't help but feeling like we are missing out on important quests or fun rewards. So this thread is about fun/interesting/important quests that are commonly missed by new players.

So which quests did you wish someone had told you about when you were first playing through the game? Are there any quests that are fairly important to finish? Are there any quests that give really good rewards or fun items that shouldn't be missed?

List any here!

The quests series for worshipping the Gods can be decent. Some are better than others. Your milage may vary. Some are a bit tedious while soem are pretty cool. (lore hounds will love em) The cloaks are quite nice that you get further on down the line whwter it's for the stats/effects or just how cool some of them look.

As a note to beginners I highly suggest you bookmark the following url http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page as it has a TON of quest and other great info. Heritage quests, Signature quests, quests by zone, etc etc..

The reward for finishing each section is about 18g which, for a new toon, can be a real boost. Not to mention that for each section you'll garner a lvl in crafting. Get your crafting started from the teacher, then go to Mara and get the quest started asap after you get off the starter isle, for instance. You'll get your crafting up, harvesting up and some gold, not coppers nor silver but real gold to get you on your way.
