Item claim issue

<p>For some reason I cannot claim the Warrior of Chaos statue item on multiple characters even though it clearly states in the claim window that the item is one per character. When i try to claim it, it gives me a message saying "You cannot consume that item", i am not trying to eat the silly thing just claim it to put in my various houses on various toons.</p><p>I have heard in general chat that this item was mislabled as one per character and was supposed to be one per account. Is this true? Or is there a bug in the claim system not allowing you to claim the statue on multiple characters? Several other people are having the same issue.</p><p>I reposted this problem here because i got no response to my question other then other people saying they had the same issue. I would really like someone in the know to explain why we are having this problem and if its going to be fixed or not.</p>
