Fatal Error

<p>Hi i dowmloaded the free trial, and when i press play, a fatal error message pops up sayin "Exceeption Handler Reentered" and then it closes down, any help?</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Sadly, that message doesn't tell us much as it's a pretty generic crash message.  As a first step I would recommend updating your video card drivers if you haven't done so recently.  If the problem persists at that point then you might want to post at least the first couple sections of your DXdiag file.</p>
