Switching Regions

<p>Hello,</p><p>I am back to the game after a long layoff some friends convinced me to give it another try, but I have a issue.</p><p>I downloaded the game fine for the US version but I need the UK version to play with my friends.  Do I need to download the whole game again or is there a way to patch the US version to the UK version?  I hope I am clear in what I am asking as I really don't want to waist another 6 hours downloading the UK version.</p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>Nevermind, I got it figured out.  I was able to copy the US version and create the (GB) folder and then it just had a small patch to make it work.</p>
