<p>im running the SoE "S" launcher with windows XP</p><p>1st.. I'm heading to Antonica i click to zone in and i take too long to zone and get booted back to character select. I think eh no biggie, but now every time i try to load him up it constantly says at the load screen "Connecting to zone server" and after a while boots me back to the Char select.... So i was thinking hmm let me try with a different toon and the same thing has happened ... now on an alt.. both cannot be loaded into eq2 because they zoned into Antonica and it times out.</p><p>So i figure, .. I'll run a full file scan.. i do and nothing happens, it doesnt attempt to run the full file scan I use the SOE launcher w/ the "S" icon.. and it doesnt load the full file scan... and when i try to load any toon from that launcher I got a pop up box that says unable to load b/c</p><p><a rel="nofollow" href="http://lp2.patch.station.sony.com:80/patch/lp2/eq2/bundles.xml." target="_blank">http://lp2.patch.station.sony.com:8...q2/bundles.xml.</a></p><p>So after looking around I figure I'll try reinstalling the patcher and/or renaming my Paks and my Music folders in my sony online entertainment folder for installed games but to no avail.. now i dont even get that far into my launcher i get a pop up message saying:</p><p>"ERROR: CheckUpdateNeeded"...</p><p>At this point.. the ONLY way i can get into the game is by using the EQ2 client patcher and even then the two main toons i play are unable to be loaded still.. it wont connect to them and load Antonica.</p><p>I tried to D/L the streaming client by going to eq2players and clicking "Get the Game" and reinstalling it that way hoping i could maybe do a full file scan that way but when i launch it all i get is the patcher with an SOE logo and nothing happens.</p>
