"Many of the Tier 3 Raid Boss Armor drops have been improved to be more in line with the challenge.Tier 3 Priest sets had some spell reuse added and some casting haste removed."

So, what bosses are Tier 3? And what tier 1 or 2? Or 4?

Tier 3 are all the hard mode encounters

T2 hats drop from Maalus, Gloves from the sages, boots/legs are upgrades with seals...not sure where the other T2 ones are off the top of my head

The boots and legs you buy off the Seal merchant are tier 2.

Tier 3 legs are Toxxulia. Shoulders are Waansu. Breastplace is 4-rune Rhoen Theer (presumably). No idea who drops bracers or boots.

I'm pretty sure, since Perah'Celsis is an easy-mode boss and Waansu is the hard-mode, that Perah'Celsis only drops tier 2 bracers.

Not to mention the forearms on his loot table equal the Tier 2 crit mit for forearms. Tier 1 forearms are 6% crit mit, tier 2 are 9.6 crit mit, and tier 3 are 12% crit mit.

We know SOE won't put armor on the contested (or if they do they'll change it) so that leaves exactly 7 mobs and they've all been killed except Theer and the Explorer.

The "upgrade" from T1 to T2 is still nonexistent aside from a few items having more crit mit. And, I think Gaige is right, 7 hardmode instance mobs - 7 armor slots.

I would like to see how much improved the other items on the hardmode mobs are though

3 Sages don't drop the gloves, Klaaktus does. 3 Sages have dropped jewelry so far afaik.

hey SOE, .1 potency and .1 crit bonus is not an upgrade "more in line with the difficulty". [Removed for Content] is this dev team doing?

I want you to make it more upgrade (1% is a too little. )

I think failure that added red adornment slot to Tier 1.Because the value of the Armor is decided by the presence of red adornment slot.

easy sages drop gloves, hard sages drop jewelery (which is a complete abomanation considering the length of the fight) not the fact they just drop jewelery, simply how bad it is.

Im assuming odax drops t2 pants and im pretty sure klaaktus drops t2 gloves. If the gloves from 3 sages easy are tier 3 then thats basically saying you have to kill easy mode mob to get the best in slot glove item. Id hope they just faild on itemizing HM sages and they are supposed to have gloves to it would be

Theer chests

Tox legs

Maalus hats

Twins boots

Waansu shoulders

Fishy guy forearms

sages gloves

^ for t3 armour.

The items are simply too similar now.

The idea I'm all for is

Tier 1 - Armor with better than legendary stats

Tier 2 - Tier 1, plus better stats and red slot

Tier 3 - Tier 2, plus better stats and good procs/passive abilities

i'm sure you guys are already working on this; but there are a lot of items off hard mode mobs that seriously need to be adjusted... and some of it is just... hard to understand :/

I'm trying to compile a list of where stuff drops for my guild and this is what I've come up with so far from reading various threads, combing Xanadu and personal experience, do I have this right?

Tier 1 Fabled (Regular Names and Trash Mobs): Bracers -- Wyvernlord Tuluun Shoulders -- Vuulan Hat -- Labs Trash, Iilsaad's Barrier Gloves -- Labs Trash, Buldoral Boots -- Ernax, Kendis Parmare Breastplate -- Xilaxis Pants -- Azara the Seer Tier 2 Fabled (Regular Names): Hat -- Maalus Gloves -- Sages Bracers -- Perah'Celsis Breastplate -- Shoulders -- Boots -- Upgraded from T1 Legs -- Upgraded from T1 Tier 3 Fabled (Usually Hard Mode Encounters) Legs -- Toxxulia Shoulders -- Waansu (Hardmode of Perah'Celsis) Breastplate -- 4- Rune Rhoen Theer Hat -- Maalus Imbued Gloves -- Klaaktus Bracers -- Arkathanthis the Destroyer (Hard mode of Xilaxis the Explorer) Boots -- Parmare Twins

The quest you get for tier 2 shoulders (called Subordination Insubordination) only unlocks after you complete the signature quests for both Toxxulia's Mound and Perah'Celsis Lab. The quest requires you to kill every boss in Palace of Rhoen Theer, including Rhoen Theer himself.

Did they already do the supposed improvment on hardmode gear, because looking at it theres still not much difference at all between easymode and hardmode armor pieces
