spell reuse vs. abillity reuse

<p>Im a bit confused after SF renaming/consolidation of effects.</p><p>spell reuse = all spells, beneficial or hostileabillity reuse = all spells and CA's</p><p>or is it:</p><p>spell reuse = hostile spellsabillity reuse = all spells and CA's</p><p>are temp buffs like PS, EV, EB, BM etc. only affected by abillity reuse or do they count as spells in this regard?</p>

<p>With the TSO set bonus and quite a few T9 reuse items, once I'm raid buffed I'm usually at the 6 mins reuse cap for Planeshift or very close to it, so it is easily doable.</p><p>My Elemental Blast is getting there - currently slightly above 2 mins (the cap is probably at 1m30?)</p>
