<p>OK this is getting stupid now, all you idiots who did the exploiting and got caught take this to the other thread and not here.</p><p>This was simply meant to ask SOE for an ETA on when the BG's will be back up, not to debate on punishment. If it turns into one of them then it will be locked before we get an answer.</p><p>The reason we got nothing over the weekend is cos it was the weekend! They were at home with their families etc. It is still very early in the day on the US Pacific Coast so please at least give them a good few hours to read this and hopefully answer.</p>

Whats does it hurt to say, "We need to create new coding/threads, it'll be back on as soon as possible, it may be a several days until, thank you for your patients."</p><p>  See, it took me less than a minute to write that. Regardless of who or what was done, we still pay real money for this game, please consider the future player base of the game; wonder if WOW has these customer relation issues.</p><p>Muahahahaha</p>

<p>Perhaps they decided to take BGs offline for a month to do a complete check for bugs now that they have a lot of data on how the system operates when a large number of people use it.  Using that information they can redesign it to better handle the load and minimize the chances for stuck characters or other problems.</p>

<p>To be perfectly honest, if we are in essence continuing the test, we should be getting an awful lot more feedback in this forum, and certainly the first thing that really should be in game is an indication of whether the BGs are unavailable.</p><p>SOE have been a little off the ball (am I being too kind?) with regards to communication with regards to the BGs, however I would applaud the GMs for their swift action in resolving the stuck characters for most.</p>
