grinding is generally a bad idea, and will be ineffective without a group, but if you have a group going through and doing level appropiate dungons will likely be your best bet. Below is a list of most of the zones by level to include the dungons <a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Zones_By_Level" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Zones_By_Level</a> Your best bet however will be to do quests in over land zones, for one going that route you wont [Removed for Content] yourself on AA and second its usually the fastest solo route
