So the new expansion is here and so am I(well returned)

Last I left my inq he was doing quite well as dps, I only recall healing for groups outside TSO dungeons and Raids.

Today is the inq still a dps class in raids?

Are they needed or taken to fill the last spots?

If I decide to go all the way with healing will I struggle?

I think that's enough questions for now =)

Thanks guys!

We never where a real DPS class, but we can still do ~1/3 of what the real DPS dish out. We are also still close to Bards for DPS. So nothing changed here. With the 2nd group cure now Druids are a bit more desirable then they where before. So now it is easier to exchange an Inq with an Druid. We are normally not taken to fill up a raid, but are a backbone of the raid. You should be able to solo heal a group for most raid fights and all heroic content in SF.

Thanks for the reply,

It seams since my return all classes I used to like and level'd up are being pushed to the back of the line...

Inq, Illy and Ranger.

I'm left with my 4th 80 char Conj. (Somehow I don't feel to usefull being a Conj. but then again my usefullness being a Illy has droped quite a lot.)

Actually Ranger is currently the class that can hit the highest DPS and Conj has the best in Combat Power reg, if it is needed. Also we got not worse then with SF. It is only that the Druids got better. At least all should still be playable.

All priests are pretty useful this expansion. Stat consolidation provided a really nice increase to our DPS in healing gear, which is awesome.

Conj is perhaps the most powerful overall class in the game right now, by the way, and the only class you listed that could arguably be a bit weak is Illu (and their utility is still very good, but, unlike late RoK and early TSO, they cannot keep up with DPS classes on the parse).

I guess I never looked at it that way.

Thanks guys for clearing that up. Doesn't look all that grim anymore =)
