Sorry if this has already been asked in other threads....I'm at work and don't really have time to search.

So I have a mystic that I really enjoy but wanted to try some 2 boxing. I really wanted to stay with another healer class as that just fits my style of play. Would an Inquisitor or Templar be a good choice? I'm not worried about leveling speed. Just wanted something that would allow me do some heroic content on my own. I thought about a fury/warden also but they seem a bit squishy for what I'm trying to do.

Is it just silly to 2 box with 2 priests? Also what other priest class would go well with my mystic as for buffs and what not?

Thanks for any comments.

Since you don't care about speed, I think this should be a fine duo (but power regen may be a pain, so after a lot of fights you'll have to have a bit of down time for power regen).

As for which priest, any would work, but an inquisitor would bring some very nice melee DPS & buffs (inquis also brings a root, fear, and some nice melee buffs iirc which help a mystic out a bit or Fury some very nice Spell DPS & spell oriented buffs), which would make a lot of fighting easier. I'd say a mystic and cleric would be a good duo though, plate healer can tank quite well and can tackle probably anything you want since you'll have 2xheals.

What makes you think a warden is squishy ? I play warden and mystic. i just dont box them. When it comes to heroic soloing i prefer the warden anyday.

Warden brings MIT buff to group and self-buffs his own MIT. With AA into the wolf even more. They also have a rather high AGI group and self-buffed. Wardens have a buckler too and in higher AA levels are able to buff 10% blocking.

The warden brings fast traveling and evac and a rather stable rooting. And, when your heavy healers get interrupted on their sloooow heals, the warden keeps healing. Later, with a tree, a fairy and mystics group ward and heal pet you can survive some quite hard AE's.

The only area shaman truly fall behind in is AE healing, where druids excell quite well.
