Ressurection Restoration bugged?

<p>I have 5 points in Ressurection Restoration , which according to the description gives an extra 15% HP and power on rez , the normal rez (Recall of the Grey) gives 30% , so supposedly with 5 AP in this I should be able to rez someone with 45% HP and 45% power.</p><p>The only problem is , I'm using recall of the grey and people are rezzing with 45% HP but only 30% power....</p><p>In some fights where people HAVE to be rezzed with over 40% power or the raid wipes this is a definate problem.</p>

<p>The base amount is only 15% health and power, with an extra heal attached to it. So that you rez people with 30% power after spending the AA is normal.</p><p>If you need to rez someone with more power than that, cast Spirit Dance instead.</p>
