Enrage Presence yellow adornment please

<p>While its normal that Tier 3 and 4 raid armor from TSO should still be useable at level 90 for low end grouping dungeons many players are locked into continuing to use Tier 2 and even Tier 1 level 80 TSO armor because of set bonuses like Enraging Presence.</p><p>I was hoping that one of the yellow adornments would grant this ability as that would enable tanks to break their TSO set bonus and pursue Mark of Manaar based upgrades. </p>

<p>Enraging Presence was pretty terrible, they should at least have useful things on the Mark of Manaar armour for people who don't have access to raid loot.</p>
