game windows go black

<p>4 months ago I bought a windows 7 gaming computer. It plays the game with the best graphics quality I have ever seen.</p><p>But the last couple of weeks after playing for a couple of hours(not always) ....the game windows go black. I can see everything in the zone no problem. It's just the spell bars, chat, all game windows go black.</p><p>It seems like a specfic problem so before I start messing with all the game and graphics card setting I thought I would start here.</p><p>thanks for any help</p>

<p>Hi,</p><p>I actually have exactly the same problem.It happens merely in dungeons, that after playing for some time, my game window goes completely black.</p><p>I still can see chat, my hotbars, my backpacks when I open them, everything. I can even see the names of the mobs, just nothing else in the game window. As if somebody would have completely switched off the light ingame (I think this describes it the best).</p><p>I also use Windows 7 (didn't have this problem with Vista before) and tried all new (and also older) NVidia Graphic drivers. All other drivers are up-to-date as well.Is this a somehow known issue if Windows 7?</p><p>Thanks,-Belissa</p>

<p>To be more precise (in the hope somebody would be able to help me):</p><p>Depending on the camera angle I am using, the game window re-appears. If I move the camera more, the screen goes black again.</p><p>It would be great if anybody is able to give any hints at all. My group gets already annoyed that I have to relog every 15 minutes when we are in dungeons or instances. As long as we play outside, this problem doesn't appear.</p><p>Thanks for any kind of help,-Belissa</p>
