2 characters missing

<p>after numerous problems in the battlegrounds this morning and getting kicked back to the character screen many times TWO of my characters are gone!!a level 40 conjurer and level 24 warden.This needs to be fixed now, not 1 hour from now, not 1 day, not 3 days.NOWSick of paying 15 dollars a month for your buggy game.This needs to be fixed now! And i need to be compensated for all the problems i pay 15 dollars a month for.</p><p>I cant even send in a petition i keep getting an error.</p>

<p>Find your accountname_character file in the eq2 folder, open it with notepad, add your 2 characters to it using the exact same formating and save the file and viola. If you have all your character slots used and don't plan to add new ones or delete /change one, look at the properties of that file and make it read only. This will make sure that your characters can't disapear in your logon after a server crash.</p>

<p>And, this file mostly gets corrupted because your computer itself is not able to write the info in time to the file because its busy doing some other function during that crash.</p><p>Ranting and raving gets you nowhere, read the EULA and try to comprehent what that all means for your gameplay and your chances of being reimbursed.</p><p>You are ranting about $15?</p><p>Bah you don't even get a decent meal for that and most people waste 10 times that a night going out drinking..yet you get a whole month of enjoyment and fun out of it...although, downtimes and server crashes happen...thats called technology...live with it.</p><p>That said, of course it would be far better if SOE would hire qualified people and would invest into new state of the art hardware not try to run this game on a TI99 lol</p>
