Kelteez won't talk...Epic question

<p>Hey guys, I am starting to work on my epic questline and am at the point where I must speak with Kelteez in CT.  I have the Screaming Mace (but I completed the HQ after starting the Epic questline) but he will not advance the questline.  Any thoughts?  Will I need to delete and restart the quest because I did not have the mace when I spoke with Jimbo?</p><p>Thanks for your help.</p>

<p>Not sure man, it's been like almost 2 years since I've done that quest. I don't think I did the screaming mace until I had to go to CT either... I never had any problems. Hopefully by now you have it figured out though. Are you sure you are on that step and didn't miss something? If so, sounds like a bug, but I haven't heard of any other guards having that problem.</p><p>Sorry that's no help, but you have probably finished the quest by now =P</p>
