Screen goes black (monitor lost connection to video card) randomly

<p><strong>Issue</strong></p><p>I have a brand new installation of Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and I only have EQ2 on the box.</p><p>The screen has been going black during the last few days.   There is no rhyme or reason for it to go black.  Sometimes it goes black at 4 hours or sometimes just 15 minutes.  I can be on a griffon, trying to open the journal, or just running.  I have to hard boot the machine to get it to fix.  When this occurs, the sound from EQ2 goes off as well.</p><p>I have never had this issue in any game.  Does anyone else have this sort of problem?Does EQ2 have a log file of the error that occurred that I can look at?</p><p><strong>Computer Specs</strong></p><p>EVGA 780i SLI FTW QX9650 @ 3.4 GHZ Mushkin 2x4GB Blackline Enhanced 1066 EVGA GTX 285 FTW Edition 2GB - 196.75 drivers Corsair HX1000W</p>

<p>Just an update -</p><p>I reinstalled Windows 7 on a new hard drive - same issues.</p><p>I updated my 780i FTW bios and this seems to have fixed the problem (3 days so far).</p>
