[BUG]Time Warp immunity is affected by Harmonization (troub buf)

<p>Time Warp immunity cannot be modified except direct means as I know.</p><p>but, now Harmonizarion increase Time Wap immunity to 2min 12sec (10% duration inc).</p><p>please fix this unless intended. </p>

<p>While you are at it, make this end line AA ability not incredibly lacklustre!</p><p>Also if you could fix the fact that we have the lowest DPS out of the non-healers, that would be awesome too.</p>

<p>Time Warp is a terrible spell. It's buggy and even working right it's a big pain to use properly.  5 seconds is just too small an amount and then it would be nice to see an immunity count down so I could know who to cast it on.  Arrrg. This is our big new spell?  PHail!</p>

Hey you could be stuck with coercive shout. Which while nice for running instances with, is pretty meh for raiding.

<p>Except that it can save the tank from damage spikes, which is more than our faithful Doppleganger can do. But hey, we can now reduce the reuse timer on Doppleganger using red adorns!</p>
